• Handle all development, coordination and execution of team-building activities

• Be responsible for full vendor management, permits and insurance (if applicable)

MANAGEMENT + STAFF SUPPORT

Our staff is available wherever you need us.  We pay attention to every detail from ensuring that all equipment is working properly, to personally overseeing room layouts, table settings and flowers/décor, to supervising the overall production and set-up at every conference and meeting. We coordinate meeting room assignments, set up times and group assignments.  We even offer the development, coordination and execution of team building activities.

Our on-site concierge services are available to assist your guests at all times including a registration and hospitality desk, welcome packets, program information, amenities and tracking of all packages and shipments. Your guests will be treated like VIPs.

• Manage all production and AV needs including webcasts for duration of program

• Track all packages, logging shipments, return shipments, international import/export

We excel at virtual food + beverages as well, with talented chefs and mixologists, so that your guests may still savor great moments together.

At the completion of your event, we offer post-communication polls and surveys.
