Junglekeepers Founding Gala
NONPROFIT EVENT MANAGEMENT
NEW YORK CITY
From Empty Venue to Immersive Mission Experience
An empty performance space at Jazz at Lincoln Center became a fully immersive rainforest environment designed to move donors from awareness to action.
Junglekeepers needed more than a gala; they required credibility, emotional connection, and measurable fundraising momentum in New York’s competitive nonprofit landscape. With no prior event model and a January date, the margin for error was zero.
We reimagined the venue as a sensory journey. Lighting, layered soundscapes, spatial flow, and environmental storytelling transformed the room from a formal concert hall to a living ecosystem. Guests didn’t just attend; they were invited to experience the mission.
Behind the scenes, every operational element was engineered for precision: donor flow, program sequencing, digital bidding systems, sustainability integration, and real-time production management.
The result: a seamless first-year gala that established trust, energized donors, and created a scalable model for future fundraising growth.
Before: Tiered concert venue
