Strategic Planning & Full-Service Design and Production

  • The registration area serves as the heart of the event, being both the initial point of contact for guests and the hub for information. To ensure a positive first impression and a seamless transition into the main event space, we created an inviting environment by incorporating organic elements that flowed naturally into the ballroom design.

  • To address the stage dilemma, we installed a two-foot high stage in the center of the ballroom. This strategic placement brought speakers closer to the audience, bridging the gap and fostering a stronger sense of connection between the client and investors.

  • The client sought a convenient Midtown venue to accommodate their guests, making The Plaza Hotel an ideal choice. Its versatile and expansive ballroom, along with designated spaces for breakout sessions, offered numerous advantages.

  • Patria wanted to integrate the Latin American culture into the feel of the event, so we filled the space with dramatic greenery and exotic florals. Giant palms served as backdrops, and we adorned tables with natural centerpieces.
